Todd Outcalt has served as Senior Pastor at Calvary since 2004. He is married to Becky and they have a daughter, Chelsey, who is in college at Ball State and a son, Logan, who is a Brownsburg high school student.

Todd graduated from Indiana State and from Duke University (seminary). Beyond enjoying family time, his interests include kayaking, hiking, and appreciating a really good donut.

He is also the author of seventeen books, including Before You Say "I Do", The Healing Touch, and The Best Things in Life Are Free. He is also a frequent contributor to many publications, including Rev!, The Wittenburg Door, and Together.

Reverend Knight earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana and completed her music therapy training working with the developmentally disabled at the Northern Oklahoma Resource Center of Enid in Enid, Oklahoma. She attained her Masters of Divinity Degree from Duke Divinity School at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. During her seminary studies, Michelle also completed the Master's Certificate in Women's Studies at Duke University. She was ordained as an Elder into the South Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church in the summer of 1999.

In 2002 Michelle completed training as a spiritual director through the Spiritual Direction Internship offered by the Benedict Inn and Conference Center in Beech Grove, Indiana. She was a 2006 recipient of the Lilly Endowment Clergy Renewal Program.

Michelle's vocational mission statement is "to preach, teach and embody the joy of my salvation." She enjoys walking labyrinths, swimming (especially at the beach), writing, music, traveling, and walking her yellow labrador retriever named Duke. She is married to Eric and they have a daughter Diana.

Andrew is a May '08 graduate of Indiana University majoring in Anthropology with a minor in Telecommunications. As Andrew plans to continue to pursue the Lord's call to youth ministry that was placed on his heart after graduation of high school, he is excited and encouraged to join the staff and members of Calvary to bring glory to God and reach out with the reflection of God's glory to the community of Brownsburg.

Jennifer Evans started her position as Director of Outreach Ministries in February 2005. Jennifer's ministry is welcoming visitors and newcomers to Calvary. Other outreach ministry activities include the coffee and donut fellowship after the first worship service, the fall ministry fair and participation in the town's annual 4th of July parade.

Jennifer lives here in Brownsburg and has been a member of Calvary since September 2004. She is married to Tim Evans, a reporter at The Indianapolis Star newspaper. They have a son, Morgan.

Mark Herris, a native of Canton, Ohio, is a doctoral student at Indiana University, Bloomington, where he is studying organ literature and performance with Christopher Young. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Goshen College in 1996. He was a concerto-aria winner in 1996 as a pianist, and has concertized both as an organist and pianist. In 1998 Mark received a Master of Music degree from the University of Notre Dame.

He has been a finalist in several competitions, and was a prizewinner in the Mildred Flood Mahoney Memorial Organ Competition (Tucson, Arizona). Mark has been organist with several professional and university orchestras, including the Columbus Symphony Orchestra (Columbus, Ohio).

Alison has been Calvary's Assistant Music Director since fall 2006. Alison directs Calvary's youth and children choirs and participates as an accompanist during services. She has served in similar positions in Lafayette, IN.

A graduate of the University of South Dakota, Lori Wilcoxson holds a degree in Social Work and Sociology. In 1996, Lori became the director of Calvary Learning Academy Preschool and Kindergarten. She accepted the additional position of Director of Children's Ministries for Calvary in 1997.

Tonya Conover,a member of Calvary, started working at the Calvary Learning Academy in 1997 as a teacher’s aide in the Preschool. In 1999 she began serving as director of the Parent’s Day Out program. She is married to Mark, and has two children – Mark and Chelsea.

Fay joined the staff at Calvary in June of 2007. She and her husband have lived in Brownsburg since May of 2005. Her family includes her husband, Larry, son and daughter-in-law, Robb and Amy, daughter, Amy and Godson, Richard Romero.

Shellody has been with Calvary since fall 2005. Her responsibilities include maintaining staff payroll, bookkeeping, and tracking of contribution and statements. She also coordinates our Sunday offering counters' ministry.

Brian joined Calvary's staff in March 2008. His responsibilities include oversight of facility infrastructure and systems maintenance. Brian lives in Brownsburg with his son, Dalin.
